Jill Jancic, RYT
Jill began the transformational practice of yoga in 2000, with an Ashtanga teacher in the mountains of Tahoe, and began teaching in 2005. Her studies and practice have been primarily Ashtanga, Hatha, Anusara, Tibetan Heart Yoga, and Tibetan Buddhism. She hopes to share her love of the practice of opening our hearts and freeing our minds through the vehicle of the body, so that all beings may experience radiant health, happiness, and a deepening realization of the great Love within. Her vinyasa classes focus on meditation, inspiration, fun, and optimal pranic energy flow! Love, laugh, meditate, serve others, this is Jill's practice and offering from the heart.

RECENT YELP REVIEW: That's right. I'm man enough to admit that I like Yoga! Admittedly my wife dragged me initially to a Yoga studio in La Jolla. I thought it was going to be an hour and a half of me taking a nap but boy did I get my ass kicked.
Having moved to San Marcos, I was in search of a new yoga studio. Tried some heated yoga places and it just wasn't for us. I still don't understand the whole heated yoga thing. Seriously why do people enjoy putting themselves in 100+ temperature and then to also exercise? Not for me.
Okay so back to Willows. Wife and I have been going Tuesdays and Thursdays with Jill as the instructor. I like the fact that there's plenty of room. Jill is a great instructor. We get a great workout and everyone there seems very friendly. I like places where people make an effort to know your name. As you can tell by this review, I don't really know the style of yoga but they say it's anusura. Still don't know what the heck that is but all I need to know is that it's a great workout for both men and women.
I just hate the fact that I feel like I'm the only one sweating my ass off.
